Our Services
At Edify, we build strength, inspire hope, and nurture a supportive community around every client we serve. Our compassionate, evidence-based mental health services and supports are designed to help individuals and families move toward healing, stability, and growth.
Case Management
Life can become overwhelming when a person is trying to manage mental health needs while also navigating appointments, school, housing, transportation, benefits, medical care, family responsibilities, or community resources.
Our Case Management services help clients and families stay connected to the care and support they need. We assist with coordination of services, referrals, treatment planning, resource linkage, follow-up support, and communication with other providers involved in the client’s care.
At Edify, Case Management is more than paperwork. It is a partnership designed to help clients feel supported, organized, and connected.

Skills Training
Our Skills Training and Development services help clients learn, practice, and strengthen essential life skills. Using state-approved, evidence-based curriculum, we support clients in areas such as emotional regulation, anger management, communication, social skills, conflict resolution, coping strategies, decision-making, and daily living skills.
These sessions are designed to be practical, engaging, and connected to the client’s treatment goals. We want clients to leave each interaction with tools they can actually use.
For children and youth, this may include learning how to express emotions, follow routines, manage frustration, improve peer relationships, and make healthier choices.
For adults, this may include strengthening independence, managing stress, improving communication, and building consistency in daily life.

Counseling Services
Our Counseling services, aimed at growth and healing, are facilitated by trained and qualified Licensed Professional Counselors and LPC-Associates

Crisis Intervention
When a client is experiencing a mental health crisis, timely support matters. Our Crisis Intervention Services are designed to help stabilize urgent situations, promote safety, and connect clients and families to the appropriate level of care.
During a crisis, our team works to de-escalate the situation, assess immediate needs, provide support, and help the client and family identify next steps. We understand that crisis moments can be frightening and overwhelming, and our goal is to respond with calm, compassion, and clear direction.

Medication Education and Support
Medication can be an important part of mental health treatment, but many clients and families need support understanding how to manage it safely and consistently.
Our Medication Training and Support services help clients and families better understand the role of medication in the treatment process. We provide education and support around medication routines, adherence, possible side effects, communication with medical providers, and the importance of following prescribed treatment recommendations.
Our goal is to help clients become more informed, more consistent, and more confident in managing this part of their care.

Psycho-social Rehabilitative Services
Mental health challenges can affect how a person thinks, feels, communicates, builds relationships, manages stress, and functions day to day. Our Mental Health Rehabilitative Services are designed to help clients strengthen those areas and improve their ability to function in real-life settings.
These services focus on building stability, independence, coping skills, problem-solving abilities, emotional awareness, and healthy decision-making. Our staff work with clients in a practical and supportive way, helping them apply what they learn to everyday life.
The goal is not just to provide services, but to help clients grow stronger, more confident, and better equipped for the future.
